I’ve just finished to read your 3 books on Kate Daniels. Simply loved them. The right amount of humour in a dark world, full of interesting characters. My question is then obvious : can you hurry up to publish Magic Mourns and Magic Bleeds ? lol

Just wanted to tell you how much I LOVED the Kate Daniels books. I even got 3 other people hooked on them.(Including the librarian) Can’t wait for the next one. I am really looking forward to On the Edge.

Hey! my names mary and i simply love your kate danielles series. i read constantly and i can honestlty say that this series is the best i have read in years! I am looking forward to kate 4. it is driving me crazy lol, please dont leave any cliff hangers! They are terrible. lol pure suffering.
Cliff hangers are great though, its what gets you to actually go out and by the next book, JUST so you can find out whats going to happen. And then you curse the author (not literally) and the editors and book shops for not releasing the book after that out earlier!!!
hey, i wondered if anyone else has been bothered by the size of the arms on the cover models? because anyone who carries a weight or lifts a sword is going to have arms that reflect that. I love the covers except for that, and it just drives me crazy…sticks! They look like twigs, I have more defention then that! same with when covers make a redhead a blond, or vise versa, or things like that. *sigh*
A more relevant question, are we going to hear anymore about the pie (made from the golden apples) like, did she throw it out with the rest of the food? (i have read the sample ch. from end of on the edge) Because doesn’t it have to be consumed?
Didn’t she feed it to him in book 4?

I have reread all three of the Kate Daniels books three times. I have read the must love hellhounds anthology twice and now i have had a taste of Curran’s promised dinner that he does not show up for. I have to wait eight months to find out the rest of what happens with Kate and the magical disease. Please, pleasse find a way for this book to come out sooner. I feel like a junkie that’s been told they are gonna go through detox. I love these books they are some of the most creative i have seen in a while. Please find a way to push up the publishing date. thanks

Like everybody else who ever read a Kate Daniels book I am waiting hard for the next book and hope that there will be no further delays with the release date. One question: will the preview be published on the homepage?
I absolutely love this series!! I loved the anthology and read the preview for the next one at the end of The Edge. Will you please put the mating rituals into an FAQ? Most specifically those of– oh say a Lion and Jaguar? ;0) It’s just killing me. I’ve gone so far as to research real wild animals looking for clues. So, so sad what a true addict I am.
Mr. & Ms. Andrews, I really love your Kate series. I’m a fan of Charlaine Harris, novels so I found you through “Must Love Hell Hounds”. Your story “Magic mourns” was the star of the book. I did not even bother to finish the book. After reading your short story, I went out and bought your other books. Thanks so much for the great laugh out loud moments and exciting entertainment.

I wrote to you after I read M. Strikes first and now I have gone back through and read the other first 2 novels. I never, NEVER re-read a book but now I am going to re-read the series in order again! I LOVE the characters, storylines and how the characters play off one another. I must say my Fav part is when Curran breaks into Kate’s home in Magic Burns, and repeats her previous speech about not having anyone to greet her and tell her “I’m glad you made it.” Oh, I wanted to swoon! lol
The Kate Daniel books can’t come fast enough. Please, please give us more of Kate and Curran!

I’m reading your books alongside Patricia Brigg’s ‘Mercy Thomson’ and ‘Alpha and Omega’ series, but now is very sad time while I wait for the next 3 books (preordered already – how sad!). I’d also like to know about Persephone’s apples, because Kate throws the dinner [does this include the pie?] out after Curran doesn’t turn up. I’m also DESPERATE to know why Curran stood her up at the start of Magic Bleeds – I totally didn’t see this coming! When can we see preview chapters? beg, beg! Am a huge fan ever since I found your 1st book in the local library.

I was wondering if you both ever considered writing a prequel to the Kate Daniels Series?
One that included how Roland met Kate’s mother, fell in love, and then how it fell apart. Also, in the series, you keep mentioning that Kate is not strong enough yet to take on her Father. Through the books we see that she is evolving from an independant loner of a woman (as she was taught by Voron) into someone that is starting to realize that there is strenghth in numbers while developing her own unique skills. Being that Curran is powerful in his own right (old “First’s” magic) would she be at her most powerful self when she is pregnant with Curran’s child? Therefore combining the sum total of both their strengths giving her a fighting chance against her Father? Also, could this be why her mere human Mother was able to evade Roland while pregnant with Kate because she could somehow draw from her Daughter’s power while she was caryying her? Of course in addition to having Voron’s help. Love the series. Thank you both. Happy Holidays!!!

I totally love the Kate Daniels series. I just wish Derek had more page time. Where do Coyotes, Dingos, and any other mid size dog fit into the pack structure by the way?
